  • Cancellation of the appointment 1 hour before the scheduled consultation. Rescheduling of consultation can be done until 1 hour before scheduled slot time in such circumstances.

  • Unavailability of the doctor or unforeseen circumstances leading to appointment cancellation from our end.

  • Any technical error resulting in duplicate payments for the same appointment.
